Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across South Florida, and we are seeking a Part-Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our clinics serving Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more.
The role will be primarily located in either our Westerville or Worthington locations, with flexibility for remote work from home as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Clinical supervision of dependent licensees and interns to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals - seeing the type of clients that you want to see when you want to see them!
- Review and approve documentation of services provided by dependent licensees and interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Attend and participate in clinical team meetings and trainings
- Respond to communications and requests from the Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
- Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Ohio·
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.
- Multicultural competence in mental health
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
